Final Mile Logistics, Inc. (FML) is a global supply chain logistics provider based in Atlanta, Georgia. FML provides a full range of logistics services to U.S. Government departments and agencies, including Department of Defense (DoD), Department of State (DoS), and Department of Energy (DoE). Additionally, FML provides these services to government contractors and commercial companies both domestically and outside the continental United States.

Final Mile Logistics has solid and proven distribution platforms globally and has a history of successfully delivering services into some of the hardest to reach and volatile destinations in the world. Leadership for Final Mile Logistics

Chris Dale, President and Chief Executive Officer

Chris Dale is a logistics executive with more than 35 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Final Mile Logistics, Inc. as its President and CEO, Chris was President and CEO of the U.S. operations at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, (May 2014-April 2017.) Previously, from May 2006 until September 2013, Mr. Dale was President of the Americas at UTi Worldwide. From 2004 until 2006, he served as Chief Operating Officer for UTi's U.S. operations. Prior to that, Mr. Dale served in a dual capacity as Vice President of Sales for The Americas and Western Regional Vice President. Before joining UTi, Mr. Dale was with Schenker, Inc., a logistics services provider, as Executive Vice President, Marketing and Sales, and later as Chief Operating Officer for their U.S. organization. He also served as Vice President of North American Marketing and Sales at Danzas Corporation, now a part of DHL. Mr. Dale has held various management positions within Circle, Inc., including branch management, regional management and corporate product development. He also worked with Panalpina from 1980 to 1988 in various sales and operational capacities in the U.S. and Europe.

Robert Gentzke, Chief Operating Officer

Robert Gentzke is a founding member of the Final Mile Logistics team. From startup to present, he has challenged Final Mile Logistics employees to innovate, solve, and deliver high quality service to their customers. He led Final Mile Logistics’ initial contract opportunities during the Iraq war with boots on the ground providing security, warehousing and transportation services at the height of the conflict.

Through extensive industry experience, Mr. Gentzke developed Final Mile Logistics’ vision and growth strategy of primarily pursuing Government and Defense business, which provides the necessary focus to provide expert service to their government customers. His vast experience and intimate knowledge of the U.S. Department of Defense and U.S. Government is crucial to Final Mile Logistics’ multiple contract successes which have established Final Mile Logistics’ outstanding reputation in the DoD contractor community. These successes contributed to his appointment as Vice President of Operations in 2011 and subsequently as Chief Operating Officer in 2013.

As Chief Operating Officer, Mr Gentzke directs the day-to-day operations including freight forwarding, warehousing, supply chain management, sales, business development and capture management.

Bryce Dalziel, Vice President of Sales and Business Development

Bryce Dalziel is the Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Final Mile Logistics. His career in logistics began in 1993 with Qantas Airways Freight Business Unit, where he held management positions and directed the company’s expansion of ground logistics services. In 2000 he became the Director of Sales and Services for Evergreen Aviation Ground Logistics, and in 2002 accepted a senior management position at Air Cargo, Inc. Bryce later became the General Manager for Hanjin Transportation Co., during which time he resided in Afghanistan (2009-2014), supported the U.S. military in Operations Enduring Freedom and Resolute Support, and helped open a crucial supply line, the Northern Distribution Network, into the country. Bryce is a former U.S. Marine Corps officer and recipient of the Navy Commendation Medal for his service in Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He lives with his family in Henderson, Nevada.
