Joe Czyzyk Welcomes Nearly 50 Foreign Ambassadors for Experience America Trip

The Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the office of the chief of protocol, U.S. Department of State, hosted nearly 50 representatives of the foreign diplomatic corps on February 29, 2012 in downtown Los Angeles. Joe Czyzyk, the immediate past Board Chair of the LA Chamber and the Chairman & CEO of Mercury Air Group provided opening remarks at the kick-off breakfast.

Joe Czyzyk addressed nearly 50 ambassadors from around the world at the Experience America Trip breakfast in Los Angeles.

 

The delegation, led by U.S. Chief of Protocol Capricia Penavic Marshall, visited Los Angeles as part of the Office of the Chief of Protocol’s Experience America trip, which has taken the diplomatic corps to several cities and states across the United States. The Business Leaders Breakfast was just one event of many that the nearly 50 ambassadors will be attending during their time in Los Angeles.

The breakfast focused on encouraging business investment and trade, provided a forum for dialogue, and created opportunities for interchange between chiefs of diplomatic missions and Los Angeles business leaders in a wide array of fields.
